Vendor Application

Aloha Prospective Vendor!

We would like to invite you to submit the online application to participate as a preferred vendor for our Annual San Diego Shaka Fest. The festival will be held in conjunction with the Na Koa Kai Canoe Club Regatta and SUP races at beautiful De Anza Cove, Mission Bay in San Diego, California. For dates of our annual San Diego Shaka Fest, please visit us at www.SanDiegoShakaFest.com.

Vendor Selection

We will accept all applications, screen them, and select approximately 40-60 vendors to participate. All vendor applications that are submitted a week prior to the Annual San Diego Shaka Fest will be considered.

Our selections will be based on the desirability of the items, both hand-crafted and manufactured, originality of product(s), and timeliness of application. In addition, we will try to select a variety of merchandise. If you have any photos or samples of the items you sell, please include them with your application. Please note that although we use the above criteria as a guideline for selecting vendors, all vendors are invited to participate in the Vendor Fair at the sole discretion of the San Diego Shaka Fest committee.

Approved Vendors

Once your application has been accepted and approved by the San Diego Shaka Fest Committee, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to pay for your booth. If you are a Retail Vendor, the approved link will require you to upload your California Seller’s Permit and a copy of your general liability insurance during this registration.

Due to event deadlines, if we do not receive all materials by the deadline it may jeopardize your consideration for participation. Please submit your online payment in a timely fashion. Booth fees are nonrefundable.

If you don't become an approved vendor, we will notify via email.

Donation Item

Our San Diego Shaka Fest is a fundraiser to help support the many youth-only programs at Na Koa Kai Canoe Club. We will be having an opportunity drawings throughout the day and request that each vendor provide an item for the drawing to benefit our Na Koa Kai Canoe Club, a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Charity Organization.
